Buzz Waves Media provides digital services including but not limited to website design and development, custom software/web application development, social media management, and search engine optimization, as agreed in an individual quotation, proposal, or service agreement with each client.

3. Quotations, Pricing and Payment

• Prices quoted are specific to the scope agreed with each client and may change if the scope changes.
• Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the balance due on agreed milestones or upon completion, as set out in your quotation.
• Payments made through our online payment gateway are processed securely by our payment partner (PayHere); we do not store your full card details.
• Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work until outstanding amounts are settled.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, credentials, or assets (such as text, images, or logins) reasonably required for us to deliver the agreed service. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.

5. Project Timelines

We aim to deliver projects within the timeframes agreed at the start of the engagement. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by scope changes, delayed feedback, or third-party dependencies (such as hosting or app store approvals).

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, ownership of the final agreed deliverables (e.g. website files, custom code, designs) transfers to the client, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
• Buzz Waves Media retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
• Third-party assets (such as licensed stock images, plugins, or fonts) remain subject to their original licensing terms.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and deposit handling are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Buzz Waves Media will perform services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as sales, rankings, or leads) resulting from marketing or SEO services, as these depend on factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Third-Party Services

Where a project relies on third-party platforms (e.g. hosting providers, payment gateways, advertising platforms, or app stores), your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies, which we recommend reviewing separately.

10. Website Use

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems. All content on this website, unless otherwise credited, is the property of Buzz Waves Media and may not be reproduced without permission.
